If you choose to pay by invoice, the invoice will be sent to you with your order, in a separate letter or by email. A surcharge may be added if you choose to pay by invoice, but this will be stated on the website where you place your order.

You can always find your invoices on My AfterPay, which is easy to log into using your email address and password.

To pay by invoice, you must be at least 18 years old and legally resident in Finland. You must also have been approved via the credit assessment process. This is why you need to enter your finnish social security number when choosing to pay by invoice.

In the event of a late payment, you will be charged penalty interest at the rate of 7,5 % per month from the due date of the invoice. A reminder will be issued, for which you will be charged a statutory fee (currently 5€). In the event of continued failure to settle the account, the case will be handed over to a debt-collection agency, and you will be charged the statutory debt-collection fee.

The information will be collected and processed for the purpose of completing the order in question, identifying the client, performing a credit assessment and for statistical purposes. By choosing to pay by invoice, via AfterPay Account or AfterPay instalments, the client consents to AfterPay using internal and external databases to carry out identity and credit checks.

AfterPay allows you the option of dividing up your payment through AfterPay Account. You are free to choose the sum you want to pay each month, with the reservation of a minimum sum which depends on the size of your balance. You may pay off the account outstanding in full at any time and at no extra charge.

If you purchase for more than 50€, you will receive an offering on your invoice giving you the option of setting up an AfterPay Account. To open an account you need to be 18 years old or older, and you need to make an application on My AfterPay. When your application is accepted you will then receive monthly notifications on an ongoing basis, which also feature any additional purchases you may wish to link to your account.

The minimum sum payable per month is stated on the notification, and is based on your outstanding balance. A notification fee of 2,90€ will be added, and the annual interest rate is currently 19,50%.

You are allowed to make use of two ‘payment-free’ months per year. To utilise the option of a payment-free month, you need to contact the AfterPay customer service department no later than two weeks before your payment is due to have reached AfterPay.

For additional information in the event your application for credit is rejected, please call our customer service department on: +(358) 020 7229 462.
